Overall, Stone Ocean part 2 has almost everything you’re expecting from JoJo’s. Whoever’s decision it was not to have a new opening theme needs a stern talking to.

Sure, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure rocks the anime fashion scene, but it'd be unwise to call it the best, not knowing what One Piece has under its belt.
