The Los Angeles City Planning Commission has given the green light to a planned high-rise mixed-use development in downtown.

CBS News Los Angeles Live. A diesel fuel spillage on the 10 Freeway in West Los Angeles on Wednesday caused traffic to stop during the morning commuting hours, according to Caltrans.

Three people were injured early Wednesday in a crash on the 405 Freeway in West Los Angeles. The multi-vehicle crash was reported at about 2 a.m. on the southbound freeway near the Getty Center exit.

The curfew will now go into effect at 10 p.m. and last until 6 a.m. for parts of downtown Los Angeles.
