The Valparaiso School Board approved a contract of just over $18 million Tuesday as part of the second phase of Valparaiso Community Schools' energy-saving plan.

Appleton West High School's baseball team as well as the softball and soccer teams at Franklin Middle School in Green Bay were the lucky recipients to receive the cleats.
