Frank Alphonse Orban was born Nov. 13, 1915, on the family farm in Johnson Township, rural Plymouth County, Iowa, to John and Mary (Dondlinger) Orban. Frank attended country school near his home.
Frank was an internationally recognized lawyer, businessman, academic and senior U.S. diplomat. He was born in 1944 in Johnstown, PA, the son of Attorney Frank A. Orban, Jr. and Mary Servicky Orban.
