Sightseers packed areas of Forest, from Hart Boulevard — where the parade began — to Bard Avenue, near Key Food. The two-mile parade route concluded at Jewett Avenue and Forest, in Port Richmond.

This weekend brings us a second Forest Avenue parade on Sunday, March 17. This parade is in response to the “traditional” St. Patrick’s Parade, which bars LGBTQ+ groups from marching.
