The fire sparked from a box truck that caught fire in Lake County on Florida's Turnpike before mile marker 280. The Florida Highway Patrol said there is a roadblock for the northbound lanes.

Over a dozen people were injured in a crash involving several vehicles on Florida’s Turnpike near Delray Beach Wednesday afternoon, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.

A spokesperson for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue confirmed to WPBF 25 News that it responded to Florida’s Turnpike, south of Atlantic Avenue for a vehicle crash just before 1 p.m.
