National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for the areas of Central Texas hit most by the deadly flooding over Fourth of July weekend.

A flood advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 8:53 p.m. EDT in effect until Friday at midnight EDT for Ionia County.

Lancaster and several other central Pennsylvania counties will be under a flood watch beginning at 3 p.m. Thursday as weather forecasts call for severe thunderstorms.
