The driver of what turned out to be a stolen tractor-trailer was arrested following a crash on Interstate 83 early Monday morning that tied up traffic on the interstate.

The Highway Patrol says the two-vehicle crash happened around 11:30 a.m. near Pony Farm Road and Fire Tower Road.
