After ICE raided a downtown Charlottesville courthouse and arrested two men, the federal agency is promising to prosecute the bystanders who challenged their authority.

All of the arrests occurred after U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions' announcement in early May of a zero tolerance policy in prosecuting illegal immigration.

4 men escaped during a riot where detainees broke through a wall at the controversial Delaney Hall facility in Newark, authorities said.
