The Uttar Pradesh government will organise large-scale yoga practice sessions at more than 4,000 locations across the state on International Yoga Day on June 21, official sources said here on Sunday.

Congress set the agency's responsibilities back in 1970 and always provided enough funding to fulfill them; now Congress must act to let the EPA achieve those goals.
