WRAL News has obtained a newly released search warrant that says a Duke Hospital employee found a hidden recording device in an employee bathroom on the seventh floor.

The female employee was in stable condition after the incident that occurred shortly before 8:04 p.m., the hospital said. She was quickly treated at the hospital at 2600 Sixth St. SW, police said.

An Aultman Hospital employee is in stable condition after being shot while on duty. The emergency department remains 'secure' as investigations continue.

The woman was taken to UAB Hospital in stable condition. She is expected to survive. However, her unborn child was killed, Lowe said. A 36-year-old male employee was identified as the shooter.
