Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid acknowledged Sunday he may have to undergo another surgery on the left knee that has bothered him the last year if it isn’t feeling any better by the end of the season.

Embiid has been limited to 16 of Philadelphia's 52 games this season thanks in significant part to a lingering knee injury.
