A shopping centre has been evacuated after a fire broke out in a department store less than 24 hours after a vehicle smashed into the building during a terrifying rampage.

Surrey Police put the order in force in Staines on Saturday and it was set to run until 20:00 BST on Sunday. It covers the railway station, Elmsleigh Shopping Centre and Lammas Recreation Ground.
