VESTAVIA HILLS, Ala. — Students at Vestavia Hills Elementary West will remain out of school for a second consecutive day following significant flooding and structural damage caused by recent storms.

A Mukwonago elementary school that had closed Thursday due to a well failure on Wednesday had to remain closed again Friday due to delays in getting the well repaired.
