'In the right direction": More than 100 state offenders transferred from Memphis to the Tennessee Dept. of Corrections, saving taxpayer dollars

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office said 119 individuals have been transferred to Tennessee Department of Correction facilities, another 92 expected this week.
