In October 2024, Deep South Taco announced the closure of its Hertel Avenue location after nine years to relocate to a new location. The new location has yet to be announced.

Deep South Taco has enjoyed 10 years of love and support from the people of Buffalo and beyond. The future of our beautiful downtown location will now belong to a great friend.
