Deep-sea Atlantic red crabs are one of the latest culinary delights found in the seafood market. They are a sweet, tasty crab making the rounds of the restaurants.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says the quota for Atlantic deep-sea red crab will be about 3.9 million pounds, which is the same it has been since 2011.

This deep-sea shark has an elongated, eel-like body that grows up to 6.6 feet (2 m) long, as well as a large, flattened head. It is found worldwide and swims by undulating its body like a snake.
