A group of thieves stole merchandise from a Sunnyvale jewelry store on Sunday after ramming a vehicle into the building in the middle of the day and later evading police during a chase.

A crash shut down I-78 eastbound in Northampton County for hours Monday night. There is no word yet from officials on the cause or extent of injuries.
