ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A road rage incident between two drivers resulted in a fatal shooting on Hamilton Street early Sunday.

Following a spirited discussion, Reading City Council said it will soon vote on a proposed ordinance to decriminalize possession of a small amount of marijuana.
