Reinventing the found footage genre, the semi-comedy horror film Creep starts with a gruesome trap and then pulls a U-turn in its sequel.

Creep 2 is a sequel to the 2014 film Creep and was released in October 2017. The found footage horror film is helmed by Patrick Brice, who also directed the first installment.

EXCLUSIVE: Shudder has acquired North American rights to The Creep reboot from HanWay. The film is set for a 2026 release.
