Cowabunga Bay Waterpark is making a splash as it reopens for the 2025 season. The Henderson waterpark is slated to begin weekend operation starting Saturday, April 19.

He is facing charges of attempted murder, battery with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm, and assault charges related to a shooting a Cowabunga Bay Water Park in Henderson on May 30.
