Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant appears to be eyeing a new North Carolina spot as it charts expansion plans in the state.

The Surprise Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant location will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant and Winery, which has locations in Tampa and Sarasota, will open at 28963 State Road 56 on Nov. 20, the company said. It is the 57th location of Cooper’s Hawk.
