Kerrie Tolman, director of the Pocatello Municipal Band, said the first concert will be held at the Guy Gates Memorial Band Shell at Lower Ross Park at 7 p.m. this Sunday.

Traffic backed up from the entrance of Star Lake all the way to Route 22, within minutes of gates opening for free parking at 4 p.m.
