The General Services Administration is moving ahead with a new approach to buying complex and integrated professional services that are supported by IT, the agency announced Feb. 21.

A new apartment complex has opened on West 5th Avenue near Grandview Heights. Called Fifth x Northwest, the six-story complex includes 164 apartments and 10,000 square feet of first-floor retail.
