Colt is among the group of original professional bat dogs trained in the country, and, as a border collie, is the first ever of his breed, according to a DockHounds news release.

Česká zbrojovka Group said it will acquire all of Colt's business for $220 million and about 1.1 million new shares of the Czech firm's stock.
