The City of Peoria will purchase the PNC Building, Creve Coeur Building and adjoining parking deck in Downtown Peoria for $1.75 million.

City Councilman Tim Riggenbach gave Ali kudos for her "leadership" in working to bring a land-based casino to Peoria. Hiring the firms will not be cheap, however.
