The sweet and savory Jersey Bun at Baked on the Beach delivers the flavors of a pork roll sandwich in the style of a cinnamon bun.

Cinnaholic, owned by New Orleans couple Keiyanah and Matthew Ratleff, opened at 10 a.m. on Friday and offered its new customers a $2 cinnamon roll to celebrate the opening.
