Stellantis’ Chrysler is recalling more than 250,600 minivans from the model years 2022-2025 over the risk they may have a problem with their side curtain air bags.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says some 2022-2025 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager minivans have airbags that may not inflate sufficiently.

Chrysler is voluntarily recalling some of its 2022-2025 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles to replace their side curtain airbags, if needed.

Closely related to the Pacifica, the Voyager posted 7,421 units during H1 2025. It should be noted that Voyager was reintroduced to Chrysler's retail lineup in September 2024 for model year 2025.
