The Chicago Bulls denied the New York Knicks’ initial request to speak with Billy Donovan about their coaching vacancy, but that doesn’t mean owner James Dolan is ready to give up on the legendary basketball coach.

The New York Knicks have once again been denied a request to speak with a sitting head coach, this time the Chicago Bulls’ Billy Donovan being the target. As K.C Johnson of Chicago Sports Network reports, the Knicks requested permission to speak with Donovan about their head coaching vacancy, but were turned down.

Even though the New York Knicks' requests to interview Jason Kidd and Billy Donovan have been turned down, there's some thought at least one of them could still become available to them.
