Richmond’s Inspector General, James Osuna, has been fired, according to a City Councilmember.

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond officials appointed an interim Inspector General on Monday, temporarily filling the role after the previous Inspector General was fired in mid-May.
