Two unrelated incidents at Smith Mountain Lake resulted in one drowning and what is currently being called a near drowning on Tuesday afternoon.

The body of Meagan Ashley Martin, 40, was found Tuesday outside of her home in the 1400 block of Downing Street Northwest.
