Carter totaled 25 receiving first downs and 17 explosive plays, which are gains of 15-plus yards. He featured a 59.4 completion percentage and an 89.8 receiver rating when targeted.

Making plays in punt coverage will ensure Carter continues to get opportunities to change games for Oklahoma. Against Temple, Pro Football Focus credited Carter for playing 17 snaps on defense.
