Officers were dispatched at approximately 4:51 p.m. to a report of a crash with injuries at the intersection of State Road 8 and County Road 450 E., the sheriff's office said in a news release.

Two people died, including the pilot, and another person was injured Tuesday when a small airplane crashed at the Sugar Valley Airport in Davie County, authorities said Wednesday.

Sheriff's department officers were dispatched to a report that two passenger vehicles were involved in a crash with two motorcycles. Both motorcycle drivers were pronounced deceased.
