Last month, Blevins was charged with desecrating the remains of his girlfriend, Laura Hughes, 50, also of Runnemede, whose body was found inside a refrigerator abandoned in the Belleplain State Forest in Cape May County. The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed the murder charge against Blevins.
