CALDWELL — Idaho State Police is investigating a fatal crash that occurred at approximately 8:55 a.m. on Friday at 29484 Farmway Road in Caldwell.

Former Caldwell police lieutenant Benjamin Heinrich, whose employment was allegedly terminated in April, has become the latest ex-associate of Caldwell Police Chief Rex Ingram to file a tort claim.
