Boys & Girls Club of Polk County is still waiting to receive federal funding that covers the bulk of its operating costs. ABC Action News' Rebecca Petit reports.

The after school and summer programs can be offered at no-cost to families with the funding, according to a statement from the Boys & Girls Club.

The Elon Musk Foundation also provided a large donation to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis to fill in federal funding gap.
