SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The menu has been unveiled for one of Sacramento's most sought-after dining experiences. The menu for this year's Tower Bridge Dinner was revealed on Monday.

Furikake-crusted tuna, Jamaican-style roasted duck and charred stone fruits are just a few of the foods that will be served at Visit Sacramento’s 10th annual Tower Bridge Dinner on Sept. 10.

The 11th annual Tower Bridge Dinner, hosted by Visit Sacramento as part of the otherwise-free Farm-to-Fork Festival, will host 880 lucky guests on Sept. 8 on the city’s yellow landmark.

The inaugural Tower Bridge Dinner was held in 2013 and was led by Chefs Patrick Mulvaney and Randall Selland. The event has grown to become one of the most popular culinary events in the region.
