Thomas W. Tewksbury was a longtime human resources executive at Sears and Allstate who chaired the board of directors of Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield during periods of significant change.

David R. Lincoln, president and CEO of Tewksbury, Mass.-based Covenant Health, will retire April 26.
