Amazon is planning its seventh Richmond area facility, reviving plans for a $350 million fulfillment center by the Rockville exit from Interstate 64 in eastern Goochland County.

The developer, Seefried Industrial Properties of Atlanta, also was involved in developing the 1.2 million-square-foot Amazon.com fulfillment center in Meadowville in 2012.
