The menu updates include four new appetizers, four new entrees, and two new enhancements. All of the new dishes will be served at The Hollywood Brown Derby starting on March 4, 2025.

In 1989, the franchise’s last restaurant closed in Pasadena, Calif. Disney Corp. that year opened its own version of the Brown Derby at its MGM Studios theme park in Florida.

The Brown Derby, on the other hand, had what she was looking for. “It’s the perfect location, and the whole community is just so excited to have it back open,” Grinnell said.
