The World Health Organization (WHO) is set to launch a review of reports that microplastic contaminants were found in popular bottled water brands — including Aquafina, Dasani, and San Pellegrino.
Billed as the “Factory of the Future,” BIG has broken ground on their 4.3-acre San Pellegrino factory in Italy, which will include a visitor's center.
That’s twice the amount of contamination typically found in tap water. Major brand names such as Aquafina, Dasani, Evian, Nestle Pure Life and San Pellegrino were among the water bottles tested.
