Spirits accelerator RoCo Brands has bought Irish whiskey brand Velvet Cap from Blackwater Distillery for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition allows RoCo Brands to tap into the increasing global demand for Irish whiskey, one of the fastest-growing spirits categories.
