The county rotunda is open daily at 669 Washington St. in Easton. After Feb. 28, the banners are scheduled to be moved to the Bethlehem Town Hall Rotunda, 10 E. Church Street.

The banners have QR codes, which links to a web page with biographies of each honoree. In total, there are 91 banners on display along Third and Fourth avenues.
