The hotel, located at One Wenonah Park Place, and its adjacent parking structure, were sold to the highest bidder, BCM Hotel LLC, for $20 million at the auction, the deed shows.

According to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office deed on the mortgage sale, Wenonah Park Properties owed more than $21.8 million on the property at the time of its foreclosure.
