The Baton Rouge Police Department has made a second arrest after a shooting on Airline Highway killed a state representative’s grandson on Jan. 20.

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A Baton Rouge man accused of rape on LSU’s campus was arrested and charged. An affidavit said LSU police officers were called to a dorm on campus shortly before 3 a.m. Jan. 18. Officers met the victim who reported a man she met at a bar earlier that evening forced himself on her and raped her.
