A letter with a drawing of the Kaaba and the flag of Turkey was sent to Church of St. Anthony of Padua, the largest and most populous Catholic church in İstanbul, located in the Beyoğlu district.

The Casa Grande community is reeling from a devastating overnight fire at St. Anthony of Padua Church, deeply considered a cornerstone of the town.

In Catholic churches including St. Anthony of Padua and Our Lady of Pity in Bulls Head, blessed bread is distributed to congregants during Mass as part of the celebration.
