Shikeia Randolph was 11 weeks pregnant when Lake County officers forcibly arrested her, a lawsuit alleges. At 23 weeks pregnant, she lost the child.

The accused reportedly gave officers self-made real estate forms and other documents in an attempt to prove he owned the property.
