While some worried how Sevier Avenue construction would affect businesses, entrepreneurs are leveraging the investment with new South Knoxville plans.

Sevier Avenue traffic in front of South Knoxville Elementary School has been reduced to one lane. Old Sevier Market and Pink Cactus are two new businesses coming to Sevier Avenue later this year.
