Goldman Sachs says the economy will grow just 0.5% this year, a significant slowdown from the 2.3% growth rate in 2024.

The economy was in great shape (with some caveats), but the mood was disproportionately lousy. Today, the vibes and the economic data appear to be aligning. Just not in a good way.
