The Partridge Creek Apple Store opened in 2007 and is among other recent departures from the shopping center. Apple is saying farewell to The Mall at Partridge Creek.

The Apple Store inside The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township will close this year, Fontes told Crain’s in an email. The Partridge Creek store opened in 2007.

Apple permanently closed its store at another dying mall in the Chicago suburb of Northbrook earlier this year. Fortunately, there are two silver linings to this news.

Opening comes amid Apple Store’s pending departure Mr. Miguel’s Mexican Grill & Cantina opened its doors in the space formerly occupied by Bobcat Bonnie’s on the mall’s west side.

Apple is saying farewell to The Mall at Partridge Creek. The tech giant confirmed late Wednesday, July 16, that it plans to close its Apple Store at the Clinton Township outdoor shopping center.
